2. Bespoke Nature of Our Products
All pieces sold by Mhenase Touch are made to order and bespoke in nature. We do not hold ready-made stock. Each garment is crafted specifically for the individual customer based on their measurements and requirements provided at checkout.
Because every piece is made uniquely for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on completed garments unless there is a proven manufacturing defect on our part.
3. Orders & Production
Production begins after your payment is confirmed and your consultation with our team is complete. The standard production time is 2 weeks. During peak periods or for more complex pieces, we will communicate any changes to your timeline directly.
By placing an order, you confirm that the measurements and details you have provided are accurate. Mhenase Touch is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
4. Sizing & Custom Measurements
We offer standard sizes as well as a Custom size option. If your measurements do not match our standard size guide, please select Custom and provide your measurements in the Order Notes at checkout.
Our team will review your measurements and contact you before production begins to confirm details.
5. Payment
Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your bespoke order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Klarna.
All payments are processed securely by Shopify. Mhenase Touch does not store, handle, or have access to your payment card details. We will never request your PIN, card details, or banking information via email, phone, or any other channel.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Before production begins: If you cancel your order before production has started, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
After production begins: Once production has started, we are unable to offer a refund as materials and labour costs will have been committed. In exceptional circumstances, we may offer a partial credit at our discretion.
Completed garments: Due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on completed pieces unless there is a manufacturing defect on our part.

7. Delivery
Delivery timelines begin after your piece is complete and dispatched. Mhenase Touch is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. For time-sensitive orders (e.g. events), we recommend allowing at least 4 weeks in advance of your event date.
8. Alterations
In the event of a fit issue resulting from an error on our part, we will arrange alterations or corrections at no additional charge. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, and content on the Mhenase Touch website are the property of Mhenase Touch and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written consent.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
