Mhenase Touch does not handle, store, or process your payment card details. All payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS compliant — the highest standard of payment security.
When you complete a purchase, you are redirected to Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. Your card information is entered directly into Shopify's system. Mhenase Touch never sees, stores, or has access to your card number, expiry date, CVV, or PIN.
We will never ask you for your card details or PIN via email, phone, WhatsApp, or any other channel. If you receive any such request claiming to be from us, please do not respond and report it to us immediately.
5. Data Sharing
We share your personal information only where necessary to fulfil your order:
- Shopify — our e-commerce platform, which processes your payment and stores your order details. Shopify's privacy policy is available at shopify.com/legal/privacy
- Delivery couriers — your name and delivery address are shared with our courier partners solely for the purpose of delivering your order.
