Orders & Bespoke

Are the pieces ready to wear?

No. Every Mhenase Touch piece is bespoke — made specifically for you. We do not hold ready-made stock. Each garment is crafted to order after your deposit is confirmed, which is why we ask for your measurements and any special requirements at checkout.

How long does it take to make my piece?

The standard production time is 2 weeks from the date your deposit is received and your consultation is complete. For more complex pieces or during busy periods, we will communicate any changes to your timeline directly. We recommend ordering at least 4 weeks before your event to allow for any adjustments.

What if my size is not listed?

If your measurements do not match the standard Mhenase Touch size guide, simply select 'Custom' as your size when adding to cart. At checkout, use the Order Notes field to enter your measurements — bust, waist, hips, and any other relevant details. Our team will review your notes and contact you to confirm before we begin.

Can I request a specific fabric or colour?

Yes. Use the Order Notes section at checkout to describe your fabric or colour preferences. We will do our best to accommodate your request and will contact you to confirm availability before beginning production.

What happens after I place my order?

After payment, you will receive a confirmation email. A member of the Mhenase Touch team will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your piece, confirm measurements, and answer any questions. Production begins once your consultation is complete.

Payment & Pricing

How does payment work?

We require full payment at checkout to confirm your bespoke order. Payment is processed securely through Shopify — we accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Klarna. Mhenase Touch never handles your card details directly.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Shopify's secure payment infrastructure. Mhenase Touch does not store, see, or have access to your card information at any point. We will never ask for your PIN or card details via email, phone, or any other channel.

Do you offer refunds?

Because each piece is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds on completed garments. However, if your order is cancelled before production begins, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days. Please see our Terms of Service for full details.

What currencies do you accept?

Our primary currency is GBP (£). If you are ordering from Nigeria or another country, your payment will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate by your payment provider.

Delivery & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days once your piece is complete. Express UK delivery takes 1–2 working days. International delivery takes 7–14 working days. These timelines begin after production is complete — please allow 2 weeks for production on top of delivery time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. International delivery is available at checkout. Please allow 7–14 working days for international orders once your piece is dispatched.

How will I know when my order is dispatched?

You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have any concerns about your delivery, contact us at info@mhenasetouch.co.uk.

Alterations & Fit

What if my piece doesn't fit correctly?

We take great care to craft each piece to your measurements. In the rare case of a fit issue due to our error, we will arrange alterations or adjustments at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Changes can be accommodated if requested before production begins. Once production has started, we may not be able to make significant changes. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@mhenasetouch.co.uk if you need to update your order.
